I’m Dave Montag. I’ve built businesses, navigated a partnership, gone through an exit, and spent years on executive leadership teams. I’ve been on both sides of hard decisions. And somewhere along the way I discovered that my greatest value isn’t what I know. It’s what I can help you see.

Every person I work with is different. Some are stuck. Some are scaling. Some just have a feeling something needs to change but can’t name it yet. Whatever it is, we figure it out together.

Off the shelf playbooks. Generic advice pulled from a framework that was built for someone else's business. If you want a deck full of best practices, I'm probably not your guy.
